Project Information

Yavapai County is planning improvements to approximately 2.4 miles of Orme Road between State Route 169 and the Prescott National Forest boundary. This project will pave the existing dirt roadway and improve its alignment, drainage, wash crossings, shoulders, striping, and signage to provide a safer, more reliable route through the area.

The project is currently in the design phase, with construction scheduled for Spring 2027. Residents are invited to a Community Open House to ask the project team questions and learn more about the future roadway improvements.
